Are there any criteria for full-time employment?
Indeed, in order for the offer you have received to qualify as full-time employment, it must meet the following criteria:
- -A permanent role or a contract lasting one year or more.
- -A salary of RM2000 and above.
It is noteworthy that your OJT stipend, provided by Khazanah through Pilihan Wibawa, already amounts to RM2000. We encourage you to aim for a remuneration higher than this for your personal benefit.
However, we recognize that certain circumstances, such as your location or preferred role, may not align with the aforementioned criteria. In such cases, please do not hesitate to contact Pearly via Telegram for further assistance.
