Can I reject hardmatching?
Unfortunately, you cannot reject a hard match. Spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The Career Success Team, especially Carina, will do their best to match you based on your location, background, upskilling course, and the Talent Partner's requirements. We understand it may not be ideal, but you consented to this when you signed the contract to join the program.
Therefore, we encourage you to apply to as many roles as possible to have your own preferred choice of OJT or full-time opportunities.
