Excelerate Essential Guideline

Adherence to guidelines is important to ensure a positive and productive learning environment. We have establish five essential guidelines that we kindly request all learners to follow:

1. Attendance

Regular class attendance is mandatory as it greatly contributes to learning success. It provides opportunities to engage with the material, interact with peers, and receive valuable feedback from instructors. Please note that learners must maintain an attendance rate of at least 80% to be eligible for the certificate of completion.

2. Punctuality

Being punctual sets a positive tone for the entire learning experience. It demonstrates commitment, respect for instructors, fellow learners, and oneself. Cultivating the habit of punctuality is not only beneficial during the course but also in other aspects.

3. Participation

Active class participation is vital for academic success. It fosters critical thinking, enhances learning, and promotes learner engagement. We strongly encourage all learners to actively interact and participate in all learning activities and discussions.

4. Respect

Respect is the foundation of a positive and inclusive learning environment. It cultivates a space where every individual is valued and feels comfortable expressing their thoughts and ideas. It is essential to demonstrate respect towards your instructors and fellow learners, fostering an atmosphere of mutual understanding and collaboration.

5. Presence

Being fully present, both mentally and physically, in the classroom is the crucial first step towards active engagement and learning. Immersing yourself in the learning environment allows you to absorb information effectively and actively participate in discussions and activities.
